Clean laser slats
instead of replacing them
They'll last 8 times longer.
LSC-200 slat cleaner
Benefits
Stop wasting time and money on grid replacement
Save time and material
The most expensive grid is the one you throw away too soon.
Lower costs
A full set of new grids for a 2.5 × 4.5 m work table takes about 1.5 tonnes of 4 mm sheet. Cleaning costs a fraction of that.
Convenient to use
You clean the grids mounted in the machine — no table disassembly, no pulling the combs out.
Consistent cut quality
Clean grids mean no spatter on the cut material.
About the machine
LSC-200 slat cleaner
The LSC-200 cleaner is a convenient machine for removing slag and dross from laser grids — even high-power 30 kW machines.
- Steel, stainless, copper and hybrid grids
- Slats 2.5–8 mm thick
- Maximum slag thickness 25 mm
- Single operator — working pace 1.5 m / min
How it works
Four steps to a clean grid
- 1
Roll up to the workplace
The machine weighs 33 kg and rides on wheels with a guide arm — one operator is enough.
- 2
Set it on the grid
The cleaner works on grids mounted on the table. You do not have to dismantle anything.
- 3
Guide it along the slat
Push or pull, and the cleaning tool cracks slag off both sides of the comb.
- 4
Move to the next one
The cleaner works at about 1.5 m per minute — a 1.5 × 3 m work table is clean in 60 minutes.
Easy operation
Reliable design, parts always at hand
A simple, rugged build means a minimum of parts that can fail. Wear parts — hardened tool-steel cleaning modules — are stocked by us in Poland, and swapping one is easy enough that, if ever needed, an operator does it in 5 minutes.
- Self-service module swap in 5 minutes — no special tools needed
- Cleaning modules stocked by the distributor in Poland
- CE certified, high-temperature grease rated to 300 °C, weight 33 kg
Tool selection
Cleaning tools
The cleaning jaws come in three lengths — the tool is matched to the slat height and laser power.
- 7 teeth very low slats, min. 30 mm high — very low-power lasers
- 9 teeth standard: slats min. 40 mm high — lasers rated 6–15 kW
- 11 teeth slats min. 50 mm high — high-power lasers, 30 kW and up

FAQ
Common questions
Does the grid have to be dismantled?
No. The cleaner works on grids mounted on the work table — no unscrewing or dismantling needed.
How long does cleaning a table take?
The average working pace is about 1.5 m per minute. A 1.5 × 3 m work table is clean in about an hour.
Is one operator enough to clean the table?
Yes. The machine weighs 33 kg and comes with transport wheels. One operator pushes or pulls it along the slat.
How often should grids be cleaned?
With two-shift production we recommend cleaning the tables once a week.
What grids is the cleaner designed for?
The cleaner handles steel, stainless, copper and hybrid grids.
What slat thickness can be cleaned?
The cleaner works with slats 2.5–8 mm thick. We match the cleaning tools to the grid height and laser power.
Can I test the cleaner on my own work table?
You can book a free test of the machine. We come over and clean the grids on your laser cutter.
Is cleaning laser grids more cost-effective than replacing them?
A full set of new grids for a 2.5 × 4.5 m work table is about 1.5 tonnes of 4 mm sheet steel. Cleaning costs a fraction of that and extends grid life 8 times.
Is the machine under warranty?
The warranty period is 12 months. Full terms are available in the Downloads section.
